Not editable by catalogue changes
Later catalogue edits should not silently change the historical order amount or confirmed item snapshot.
Statuses
Possible states include awaiting invoice, payment pending, paid, packing, shipped, completed, cancelled or disputed.
Decision required
Owner/finance must confirm official order states, invoice numbering, credit notes and cancellation workflow.
